These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of artwork and products from Leanne Christie Art via this website. By placing an order through this site you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Products

All artwork and products sold through this website are created or selected by Leanne Christie. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of the work, slight variations in colour, texture, embellishment or finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of each piece.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the checkout process unless otherwise agreed in advance for commissions or bespoke work.

 

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your purchase.

 

3. Delivery

Free UK delivery is offered on many items listed in the online shop.

 

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of product ordered. Typical delivery estimates are:

 

  • Greeting cards: approximately 3–7 working days

  • Limited edition prints: approximately 7 –14 working days

  • Original artwork: delivery times may vary depending on framing and preparation, (framed in stock artwork delivered within 7-10 days, in stock paintings that  need to be framed can take 3-5 weeks for delivery. Bespoke commissions can take 5-8 weeks depending on size, framing, and peek time periods) ​​

 

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched. Small items are usually dispatched using Royal Mail. Larger originals are via Art Courier.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the artwork and products sold, refunds are not offered unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

 

Where a return is approved:

 

  • Items must be returned within the stated timeframe

  • Returns must be sent using tracked and recorded delivery

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible

 

 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund or replacement will be arranged where applicable.

 

5. Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke commissions and custom artwork are non-refundable and cannot be returned once work has commenced.

 

Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, cancellations or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.

 

6. Liability

While every effort is made to package items securely, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues caused by postal or courier services once the item has been dispatched.

 

7. Copyright

All artwork, images and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Leanne Christie and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without permission.
